Civics 101

Civics 101

For the last four years, our league has presented a CIVICS 101 class for the community. These classes provide the general public an opportunity to learn who the local elected officials are and how the local government works. The format is varied, but it always includes either current office holders or past office holders to explain the process to the audience. This year the theme for the seminars was Bias in the Media - Mixed Messages.
